Serenity in the Marigny

Hi Guys wen I tell U this place is amazing, the service and hospitality is amazing the rooms are great and the Suite rooms are beautiful. u have privacy where no 1 can bother U . The hot tub spa is amazing the food with the personal chief so good u can also get a 1 on 1 massage are a couple massage which is great . I recommend this place a 10 out of 10 if you ever in town visiting or for business or holiday U need to booked U a room U won’t be disappointing. I will be booking again .

This is a great place to stay. I stayed here over a year ago and forgot to write a review. Has a great hot tub on the second floor. The rooms are very nice. The location is great especially if you like to listen to live music on Frenchmen Street. They have a common area where you can sit upstairs as well and I left my checkbook there (and did not even realize it) and it fell in between the sofa cushions, and the owner of the property contacted me by phone that they found it and they mailed it back to me at their cost. Five plus stars for unbelievable customer service. Nice breakfast too!!

10/10! Could not ask for a better overall experience. Daphne and her team make it nearly impossible to be satisfied at any other spa. From the sauna work out room, hot tub, extravagant shower rooms all the way to the plethora of services they offer (I’ve done some massages, facials and a yoni steam). Do yourself a favor and book!!!

This place is a hidden gem, and we had a wonderful stay here! The rooms are clean and modern, with thoughtful touches like bottles of water left out for us.The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom had good water pressure. Daphne was a perfect host, checking in with us prior to our arrival to provide access codes and then staying in touch throughout our stay. The location is perfect too - just a quick walk over to Frenchmen St and all the great music over there. We would definitely stay here again!

We came to Serenity in the Marigny after a rather fly-by-night travel company (*ahem* Traveluro *ahem*) messed up our reservation at a hotel in the French Quarter. In all candor, we were a bit concerned and apprehensive about how it would work out — we were unfamiliar with this neighborhood, and while the reviews for Serenity were excellent, there weren’t very many. In short, we couldn’t have been more thrilled with how it turned out. The building itself looks nice from the outside and is rather lovely on the inside. The room wasn’t huge, but it was reasonably sized by city-hotel standards and the bed was tremendously comfortable. We didn’t want to get out of it in the mornings. The roof of the building is a hidden gem, complete with a hot tub and sauna we enjoyed having access to. We did get massages at the facility, which we enjoyed, though we felt they were rather pricey (the closest thing to a negative I have to express about the place). Breakfast was served each morning, upon request. The location was much better than we expected — it was a short Uber ride or manageable walk (15-20 minutes) to any of the destinations we were headed to in the French Quarter, and we learned on this trip that we enjoy Frenchmen Street just as much or even more than the Bourbon Street scene. The key to the experience was Ms. Daphne, who took wonderful care of us. She was warm, welcoming, attentive, and always quickly available (often even via text message) to help with anything we needed. She served us a tasty breakfast on the roof, offered to arrange a ghost tour for us, and even provided some tips via text as to where we might possibly find a swimsuit for my girlfriend in December. She was the quintessential hostess, and we greatly enjoyed and appreciated her hospitality.

We loved our experience staying in Serenity in the Marigny. Room was very clean and had all the necessary things/toiletries. We enjoyed waking up and having breakfast ready for us. The staff was super friendly. Mrs. Daphne was very quick to answer any of our questions. And location was prime. Everything felt very personalized. We are definitely recommending this bed and breakfast to friends and family.

An absolutely fantastic stay here. Great location, quiet, very comfortable bed and lovely breakfast provided by Daphne. I believe there are 5 rooms in total so it's not a hotel, more like a relaxed bed and breakfast. We had access to the jacuzzi and sauna on the top floor and that was a great bonus. If you'd like to avoid the chaos of the French Quarter but still be in walking distance this is perfect. Thank you Daphne!

While attending a collegiate event in New Orleans, my husband and I had an opportunity to stay at the "Serenity in the Marigny" Bed and Breakfast. So many reasons to thank Ms. Daphne and her staff for accommodating us. The process for checking in and out was quite simple and there was secure access both outside and inside the B&B. The location was absolutely perfect for us as it was near many cultural activities. We can attest to the fact that the staff, ambience, decor, and quality of services at this B&B places it in a "league all of its own"! The breakfast was delicious, the rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean; and the upper floor Spa was sooo inviting! In fact, there really is no comparison. This will be our "GO TO" spot every time we visit New Orleans and we are planning to go back in the very near future. From Millie and Fred...That's a promise!
